I mean, I am alive.
As I said before, here I am, ashes on my head, to humbly apologize for disappearing for no reason.
I literally had no reason. Just, didn't feel like answering comments or doing art (and the few drawings I made ended up in the trash).
The problem was that I was home, doing nothing. Not having a job is awful, let me tell you: I found myself with way too much free time on my hands (and way less money, but that's a story for another time), and I ended up doing even less than what I could. Apparently, the less I do, the less I want to do.
So that's what happened. Absolutely nothing wrong with me (sorry for making some of you worry about my health), thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday (sorry for making you wait 5 months to aknowledge how kind you've all been to someone who's barely online ), family is fine, niece and nephew grow up so fast (old aunt's shaky voice here), the dog is as stupid as ever.

On happier news, I started a course in programming. Hoping it'll give me more job opportunities when it ends, IN JULY So long it's been fun, we started tackling php, sql, html & css, my brain is so full of things that sometimes I write php commands in html pages oooopppsss My classmates are cool guys (+ 2 other girls other than me), except one who's kind of slow? Like, terribly slow? Like, we already lost so much time on him that teachers have had to cut things out of the plan? And doesn't speak a word of english, how you think you're going to survive programming without knowing english is beyond my understanding but kudos for you if you manage. Also, since he sits beside me, guess who has to help him when he stays behind 'cause he's doing gods-know-what instead of following? ME. Little sweet me. I am so not cut out for being the good samaritan, I don't know if we'll see the new year before I say something regrettable.

ANYWAY. This should be all, for now. I will take advantage of this journal here to wish everyone a HAPPY CHRISTMAS IN ADVANCE 'cause I know I'll be too busy to do it at the right time (and even if I wasn't busy, I'd probably forget to do it anyway ).

Mononucleosis SUCKS.
And the fun fact? I've had fever for close to 3 weeks now, with no other symptoms, so I was mostly SURE I had some UNCURABLE DESEASE (having a very anxious mother does NOT help) and it turns out it's just plain old mononucleosis, and I'm glad I'm not dying of said Uncurable Desease (I was studying how malaria works, one never knows) but still. Why must I be sick when it's almost spring?!?! Why can't I be sick in WINTER when I don't have to look outside and realize it's a beautiful day but I don't even have the energy to go take a walk with the dog? Also, before telling me to do some blood exams the doctor believed it was flu. So, ANTIBIOTICS. And my energy levels plummeted to the deepest crevice of the Mariana Trench. They're still there. Camping, I believe. They show no sign of ever wanting to resurface.

At least, me and boyfriend are expanding each other's cinematic knowledge (as in, we're staying in whenever we see each other 'cause I can't go out).
(Also we're both unemployed and trying to save money).
(I see a glorious future for us).

When She Who Worries aka my mom learnt it was mononucleosis she literally SAGGED WITH RELIEF SAYING "DEO GRATIAS". And then "IT'S NOT NICE TO SAY BUT I'M GLAD IT'S JUST THAT. I WAS SO SCARED, I CAN GO BUY BREAD FOR LUNCH NOW".
Dunno what to think. Would she not have bought bread for lunch if it turned out it was An Uncurable Desease? Were we going to die of starvation?

I should be done whining.

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm still alive, still unemployed, STILL OPEN FOR COMMISSIONS (fav.me/d8bb52p).
Also I'm working on my next cosplay to avoid depression about not having a job.
Aaaand oh, since I played dead for the last month or so, hope everyone had a great beginning of 2015! Mine has been good, very much so, in fact it's been the best I had in the last 10 years or so (job-related issues aside, obvs).

Ok guys, like the title says, COMMISSIONS ARE OPEN.

PRICES
Comics

•  BW - 4$ (3€) for a maximum of five panels +0.5$ (0.5€) for each additional panel (max 10 total, included the first 5 panels)
•  COLOR - 5 $ (4€) for a maximum of five panels with two tones cell-shading, +0.5$ (0.5€) for each additional panel (max 10 total, included the first 5 panels)
• +1-2$ (0.5-1€) for backgrounds (depending on how detailed it is)
•  2 panels comics will be half-price.
•  Max 3 characters.
•  Really simple backgrounds are free
  

You will have to tell me your idea, I will sketch it to see how many panels I will need, then tell you the final price (if there are panels that are almost exact copies of other panels, I’ll not count them).
I will try my best to do these in the style of the reference you’ll give me (the example picture is how comics based on movies or real people will be).
HOW TO REQUEST A COMMISSION
1. Send me a note labeled “Commission request”
2. Tell me what you'd like, remembering to specify:

•    the type of commission
•    color/bw
•    how many characters and if you'd like a background and what kind of;
•    remember to link me references! Poses, character appearance, anything you think I'll need to complete the pic

3. I will contact you with the price of the finished piece. If you agree, I will be sending you a sketch to be sure you're getting what you want. Once we're both ok with it, you can pay me.
4. Payment is through paypal (I will note you with the e-mail). When you pay me please tell me your dA name so I know who's paying and for what!
5. Once the payment is done, I'll start working on the final piece. If you so wish, I can send you WIP pictures.
6. I will send you a 300dpi image without watermark, and I will submit a resized, watermarked version of the final piece on my dA gallery unless we agreed otherwise.


GENERAL INFO

• I won't do NUDITY, GORE, ABUSE or anything on that line. Other things might squick me out, but we might be able to work around it, so it'll be a case-by-case solution-searching  
  
• At any moment before you pay me, if I feel uncomfortable with your requests or if something IRL comes up or any other reason, I reserve the right to call off the commission. Once you've paid me,  I will deliver the final piece no matter what (Apocalypse? No problem!!)
• After I send you the sketch you can obviously ask me to change things, but please realize that since you haven't paid me yet at that moment, politeness is a MUST. Being rude about time and mistakes is a sure way to make me  call off the commission (I feel kinda bad for pointing this out, since it should be common sense, but I had people being rude to me during my past requests which were FREE, and honestly, it doesn't put me in a good mood, and art made while being angry is never good art).
• If you see something in my gallery that you like and it's not in the commission types, please do send me a note, we can discuss prices and whatnot

Just came home from the band's Christmas concert, and it's LATE and I have to be up again in 5-6 hours and I don't know how much time I'll have in the next days to be on the internet (and educated guess would be "next to none"), so I wish you all THE BEST CHRISTMAS EVER. Be with family (or not, if that makes you feel better), be with friends, be happy, eat a lot, drink a lot (if you don't have to drive), enjoy life, enjoy snow if you have some, sleep till late if you can, generally take care of yourself, love you all.
